Advantages of Goal Line Technology

            We have known that goal Line technology is made to help referee to decide it is a score or not. It makes referee’s job easy. It is one of some advantages of using goal line technology. There are some advantages of using goal line technology.

            First is the referee could get an immediate result whether or not the ball is over the line or not. You could connect the technology between the goal line technology and a watch on the referee's wrist. A way to do this is to introduce the ice hockey idea of a buzzer/beep. When there is a goal, the referees watch could make a sound and also show a quick picture on the referee's watch of the line and the ball with the silicon microprocessor being in the ball. This would allow for immediate results and even without this, it does not take long even to have a video replay, though this is not 100% effective as shown by Luis Garcia's goal in the Champions League semifinal versus Chelsea. But cameras from every angle would show whether the ball over the line.

            Secondly, it improves the fairness of the game. It was not fair what happened to England versus Germany, Ireland versus France and Mexico versus Argentina. It would not take long to solve these. It would also make a bit of the pressure off a referee as they could look at a video to see what happened. This would take a few seconds. Also through this it would create an atmosphere.

Third, it would be free. It would only cost some sponsorship. From a financial view, this would be cheaper as surely it would be cheaper for maintenance than to have two referees at each post, either side. And as FIFA get 1 billion dollars profit from the World Cup 'for football' as FIFA say, goal line-technology should be part of the budget, albeit a small part. 

Fourth, human errors that referees and officials make during games could be diminished simply with the introduction of some form of technology. It would mean that players, managers and fans would all see the correct calls being made during games.

The others advantages are:

·         The results are more accurate than human observations and decisions

·         It is not effected by the weather such as when visibility is bad during a game

·         Since the decision is decided in an objective manner mechanically, there can be less arguments.

·         If the football league adopts this proposal, then it may be able to send a trend for other leagues to follow

·         The challenges by different coaches can slow down the game with the referees having to watch replays repeatedly

They are the advantages of using goal line technology. It makes the matches fairness, helps the referee’s job, and decreases the mistake in the matches.

I am proud to become Laziale

                I think today is a bad day. I didn’t watch Lazio’s match last night. I slept when the match was playing. I woke up at 9.30 AM and I didn’t follow writing class. I was too late because the class started at 9.00 AM.

                I got a news that Lazio lost from Palermo 1-5. It was a big score. I opened my facebook account and it made me a little bit angry. Why ? My friend laughed to me because Lazio lost from Palermo. He posted to me “It was a really good match. Lazio lost 1-5 from Palermo. Where will you put your face ? How poor you are. Hahahaha”. I became angry after read that post. I just replied “Hahaha. The competition is still long. I didn’t be embarrassed because of that. I am still proud to become Laziale”.

                For me, I just listen what people say about Lazio. It doesn’t make me change my choice. Lazio is my life and be always in my heart. Lazio flowed in my blood. Fly high my yellow eagle. I always support you until die.

All about Me

            My name is Mohammad Adnan. People call me Adnan. I was born 18 years ago on July, 21^st 1992 in Jakarta. I am a Minang although I was born in Jakarta. I live at Komplek Filano Jaya 2 Blok BB3 number 15 Parak Kerakah. Now, I am studying in Padang State University.

            I have good appearance. Some people told me that I am good looking. I have a nice smile. I have, tan skin, black hair and black eyes. I am average tall and not too weight. I am around 167 centimeters tall and 52 kilograms weight.

            People told me that I am a nice person. I like to make friends. I am friendly, smart, and easy going person. I do not like to make problems with people. Sometimes, I have some bad characters. I am lazy and often doing my homework late. I can be a selfish and moody person.           

I live with my parents and two brothers. My father is an entrepreneur. He sells muslim caps. My mother often helps him in the market every day. My brothers are still in Elementary School number 23 Marapalam. My younger brother is in sixth grade. My youngest brother is in fourth grade.

            My education is average good. I started my study in Kindergarten Pertiwi 2, beside mayor’s house. I continued my study in Elementary School number 15 Padang Pasir. I studied 6 years there. After I graduated, I continued my study in Junior High School number 8 Padang. It is one of three favorite Junior High Schools in Padang. I studied there 3 years. After graduated, I continued my study in Senior High School number 2 Padang. It is one of the great Senior High Schools in Padang. I studied there for 3 years too. Now, I am studying in Padang State University. I am in English Department.

I have some hobbies. I like playing football and futsal. I play Futsal every Tuesday with my friends from University and Laziale Padang. Not only playing football and futsal, I like watching football. I often watch football with my father every weekend at home. I like reading football news too. My father often buys football newspaper like “Bola” for me. I am crazy about football. 

                It is all about me. I am a University student. I am not a perfect person because every people have some bad characters or mistakes. I try to do the best for people around me. I like have many friends. This is me.   

Fernando Muslera, A Great Young Goalkeeper

            Fernando Nestor Muslera Micol is a football player. He is the one of goalkeepers in Lazio. He was born 24 years ago in June 16^th 1986. He is a Uruguayan although he was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He plays for Uruguay National Team.

            Muslera has good appearance. He is pretty tall, about 6’3” inches tall or about 1.90 meters tall. He looks good with his white skin, brown eyes and pointed nose. His blond hair and his clean face make him handsome. He looks cool.

            His career is good and fantastic. He plays for Lazio. Before he plays for Lazio, he played for Montevideo Wonderers and Nacional. Lazio’s scout was interested with his skills. He has been joining with Lazio since 2007. He was 21 years old when he joined with Lazio. He is wearing shirt number 86. In the first time in Lazio, he played worse. So, he was being second goalkeeper in Lazio. In 2008, he was being second goalkeeper too. He became the first goalkeeper when Juan Pablo Carrizo, the new goalkeeper, played bad. He is often be the first goalkeeper until now.

            Muslera does not have many achievements. He just brought Lazio to be a winner of Coppa Italia in 2009. Lazio could play in Europe League because of his hard work. In the National Team, he has been being the first goalkeeper since he often plays well with Lazio. He brought Uruguay to be the fourth in World Cup 2010. His achievements are less. It is enough for him because he is still young.

Fernando Muslera is the first goalkeeper in Lazio. He makes many saves for his goal. He is one of great young goalkeepers in the world. He joined with Lazio when he was still young, about 21 years old. It was amazing because he could join with one of great clubs in Italy. He brought Lazio to be a winner of Coppa Italia. He made some bigger clubs interested with him. He rejected all because he still wants to be a part of Lazio team. It is the reasons why I like Fernando Muslera.

Playing Soccer or Playing Futsal

Many boys and man like sport. They do sport in free time. I think two most favorite sports for boys and man are soccer and futsal. Many people think that soccer is same with futsal. Actually, there are some differences between soccer and futsal. They are place, the number of players, the number of substitutions, and time.

I want to discuss about soccer first. People play soccer in a field. They play soccer in outdoor. The numbers of players in soccer are eleven. There are three substitutions during the match in playing soccer. If you get a red card, another player can not replace your position. Also, the times of playing soccer are 2x45 minutes. There are not time outs in soccer.

I want to discuss about futsal second. People play futsal in a room. They play futsal in indoor. The numbers of players in futsal are five. There are unlimited substitutions during the match in playing futsal. If you get a red card, another player can replace your position. He has to wait for 2 minutes before he replace your position. Also, the times of playing futsal are 2x20 minutes. There is a time out per half in futsal.

It is fun to play both of them. People often choose one of these two options to spend their free time. Actually, many boys and man choose futsal because it is hard to find a soccer field this day. Also, we can play futsal anytime. Sometimes, we can see children still play soccer in a small field every evening. Just choose what do you like to do in your free time.  

How to Write a Good Paragraph

     Each essay has some paragraphs. Paragraph is very important in essay and it is a part of essay. It is a group of some sentences. It is very easy to make a paragraph.

     We just need papers, pen, and knowledge about what we want to write. There are some steps to make it. They are choosing the topic, doing brainstorm ideas, choosing main idea and supporting details and the last, revising your writing.

     First step is choosing your topic. Topic is a view of what we are talking about. It is needed to write a paragraph. It is helpful if you choose a new topic that happened lately. The reader will be interested to read your paragraph.

     Second step is doing brainstorm for your ideas. It is important to explore your paragraph. Brainstorm your idea is for coming out your ideas. Just write in a piece of paper what you think about your topic. If there are no ideas anymore, stop it for some minutes. After that, you will come out your ideas more.

Third step is choosing main idea and supporting details. Each paragraph just has one main idea and some supporting details. Main idea is what all the sentences are about. It draws about your paragraph. Supporting details explain more about your main idea. It is support your main idea.

     Last step is revising your paragraph. Read your paragraph and check it again because we can not make a good paragraph in one way. You can ask your friends to read your paragraph and help you to revise it. Ask some comments from them. After that, write again a new paragraph from your review or your friend comments to make a good paragraph.

     It is very easy to make a good paragraph. If you follow those steps, you can make a good paragraph. do not proud with our paragraph if you do not want to revise it. A good paragraph is a result of some revising our writing.

Koto Tuo IV Koto

Koto Tuo is one of sub-districts in IV Koto. It is located in Agam, West Sumatera. It is near from Bukittinggi, one of interesting city in West Sumatera. It is about 20 minutes from Bukittinggi by car. If you go from Padang, the capital of West Sumatera, it is about 2 hours 30 minutes. It is located in mountain slope.

The weather is fresh and good in Koto Tuo. It is not like in Padang. In the morning, it is pretty cold. In the afternoon, it is hot, but it is not as hot as in Padang. At night, the weather is pretty cold. You need jacket and blanket for sleeping. If there is rainy, it is very cold.

Koto Tuo has beautiful landscape. We can see the Singgalang mount from Koto Tuo. There are many trees on there. So, it make the weather is cold. There are many rice fields too on there because many people working as a farmer. The house is seems like Rumah Gadang. It is built from the woods. The river is clean because it is from mountain.

There is a big mosque in Koto Tuo. People call it “Al-Mubarak”. It has a tower in front of the mosque. But, because of the earthquake, the tower has fallen down. If the holyday, many people pray in there because many visitor come to Koto Tuo from another place. They want to meet with their family on there.

So, Koto Tuo is a great hometown to visit. You will not feel hot like in Padang. You can see beautiful landscape. One of them is Singgalang mount. You can come to one of big mosque in Agam, Al-Mubarak mosque. So, do you want to visit Koto Tuo?
